Agree, when I hear billionaires complain about low birth rates I don’t relate. Your problem, not mine. Maybe make it more affordable and less impactful on the planet, then it’s more tolerable, but otherwise not really.

4·12 days agoIt makes sense that this is a limiting factor. However, I think it’s good that outside investors are kept out so that the business can serve the interests of its employees long term. Once the gears are in motion, I think it could work. Also, if these worker cooperatives were formed by people willing to work for basics like food and shelter initially, as well as equity, then they have a better chance.

Codify? How about DOGE go to Congress first and work with people? You don’t just go and rip up the federal government and then expect Congress to follow along. The Congress has the power of the purse. All the executive branch can do is execute the laws. Congress makes the law. Don’t be surprised if you ignore congress, you get ignored yourself.
